Our dedicated and skilled maintenance team will respond promptly and strive to ensure every task is completed with efficiency and care. Simply visit the resident portal or contact the leasing office to place in a service request. For emergencies and after hour service requests please call the office.
Amara has a 2 pet limit and allows cats and dogs. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet, and a $25 per month pet rent fee, per pet. Please visit with the leasing team for more information on pet restrictions.

Yes, we have covered garage parking and private garage rentals. The private garage rentals are $150 per month to rent. The leasing office can provide additional details.

The Amara fitness center is open 24-hours and provides state-of-the-art equipment.
The Amara pool is open from Monday – Sunday from 10 am – 10 pm. It is not heated but it does feature private cabanas with TV’s on a first come, first serve basis.
